Hoke County Growth

For years Hoke County was the forgotten part of town that seemed a million miles away from Fort Bragg but not any longer. For years Hoke County has been one of the fastest growing counties in the state. People relocating to Fort Bragg are choosing Hoke County for the more rural setting and lower taxes but people complained about "nothing" being in Hoke County. Times are changing, Walmart opened last year on HWY 401, there is signs of new business everywhere to include the 2 new hospitals: First Health and Cape Fear Valley. Yesterday Cape Fear Valley broke ground for Phase 1 of the Health Pavilion Hoke which will be an outpatient facility with primary care providers, an urgent care center, a pharmacy and an imaging servies facility. This is a welcome addition to Hoke County the same as the First Health Complex a few miles done the road will be.
This growth will cause houses near these two facilities to be in greater demand. The subdivision Bridgeport has both existing and new construction available. There is a beautiful home at 278 Hogart for sale with an inground saltwater pool, inground sprinkler system running on own well, many upgrades that are not found in the base model of new construction for a steal of 248K. This house will be ideal for doctors, nurses, medical technicians that will be serving the communuty at the Health Pavillion Hoke. I encourage all people who are in the market to buy a new home in the Hoke County area to do so quickly before the demand drives the price of houses upward.
